About the Presenter

Thomas R. Ryan has been in practice for over 35 years and has worked for many of the most influential firms in the country such as Carol Johnson and Associates, SWA Group, Sasaki Associates. And Hargreaves Associates. In recent years he has also been a technical and constructability consultant to Field Operations, Martha Schwartz. Stoss, Raymond Jungles, and others. He is currently teaching at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design having taught previously at Penn, and SUNY Syracuse. He is co-author of Detailing for Landscape Architects as well as contributor to Timesaver Standards for Landscape Architects.
