I am looking for someone that has experience with the Arizona BTR in regards to the RLA process that could answer a few questions for me. 

I have read through the Rules of the Arizona State BTR which has brought up these questions.  I have passed the LARE but want to be clear on the registration process and want to be fairly confident of the process and requirements before jumping into it. 

I've looked through ASLA and the AzBTR to see if they have some sort of support staff that would be helpful but didn't find anything.

I will email the questions to whoever is willing to help me.
