The Advocacy Alert on the Begich Amendment for Complete Streets has been sent out to the states representing senators on the Senate Commerce Committee. Senator Isakson is on this committee and we need to reach out to him. We need him to support and encourage his colleagues to support Senator Mark Begich’s Commerce Committee amendment to S. 1950, which will ensure all federally-funded street projects are planned and designed for the safe travel of those who are walking, bicycling, riding transit, or driving cars.

ASLA National needs a good turn out from California, Georgia, Missouri, Arkansas and Florida for support of this amendment.
