Senior Landscape Architect
San Juan Capistrano, CA

RRM is an employee-owned multidisciplinary design firm with landscape architects, planners, architects, civil structural and traffic engineers, and surveyors who work on a variety of fun and engaging projects throughout the state.

Our San Juan Capistrano office is growing and currently seeking a full-time Senior Landscape Architect who's currently practicing in Southern California to join our team.

This rewarding position requires the following experiences:

Collaborating with multidiscipline project teams in an innovative and creative environment.
Guiding design development decisions and supervising staff in the production of design exhibits.
Mentoring junior staff in their career development.
Assessing project opportunities and leading the preparation of proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ’s).
Developing presentation strategies and leading the interview process.
Managing project teams including in-house staff, sub-consultants, client staff, and permitting agency staff.
Facilitating public design workshops and community open houses.
Leading project presentations at public meetings and hearings
Establishing project budgets and administering contracts.
Preparing construction document packages.
Serving as extensions of staff for our clients

Requirements for this position also include:

A minimum of seven (7) years of work experience
Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications and trends
A Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
Landscape Architecture License
