Landscape Designer/Sales Professional
Downunda Pools - Humble, TX

We have a part time opening for a self – motivated, experienced landscape / swimming pool designer / sales professional with an established high end outdoor living company.

Job Overview
Design and sales of luxury outdoor living spaces, offering swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, landscaping with irrigation systems, drainage, water, fire fixtures, accents and lighting.

Responsibilities
• Meet with potential clients,
• Act upon sales leads in a timely manner with the highest level of customer service
• Translate our customers described plans into outdoor living designs
• Ensure all paperwork for each project is handled to company specifications • Prepare estimates and contracts
• Meet all customer expected deadlines with some exceptions
• Provide Daily and weekly accountability reporting
• Respect company confidentiality

Requirements
• Must have landscape design and construction experience.
• Swimming pool and outdoor kitchen experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service experience
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Flexible hours, but some nights and weekends may be required
• Must have own vehicle vehicle with current proof of insurance.
