vanderToolen Associates (vTA) is an established, highly energetic and award winning design firm that is seeking innovative landscape architects with 1-10 years’ experience. AutoCAD skills, capable design abilities and construction document knowledge are highly desired. Hand sketching, In-Design, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop experience helpful, as well as sense of humor.

Interested applicants should be able to work independently and as a team member in all phases of work from conceptual design through construction documents. Applicants must have comprehendible communication skills for Client/Consultant interface.

Current work includes sustainable and master-planned communities, model homes, retail/commercial, hotels, and urban infill properties. We provide services to excellent Clients and coordinate our work with respected fellow design consultants who appreciate and understand the importance of landscape architecture in achieving a common goal of creating innovative and successful projects.

Driveway Grades Between Two Story Self Storage Buildings 1 Reply

Hi!Anyone know the maximum grade that would work between self storage buildings with a basement. Buildings are 65' to 75' wide, upper story and a basement story, 10' ceilings. Uhaul and Ryder trucks will need to negotiate slopes without scraping.Continue
