Do you want to work from home, and make your own hours...?

We are looking for someone who is experienced in creating Landscape Construction packages for Homeowner's Associations & City submittal for residential projects. This includes: Grading & Drainage plan, Construction Layout plan, Construction Details, Lighting Plan, Irrigation Plan etc.

All CAD standards, line weights, etc. will be provided.

The Plan Set will be developed based upon the completed / provided Landscape Concept Plan (along with 3D images). All Project materials/information will be provided.

The candidate should be able to complete the plans with minimum to no supervision and adhere to agreed upon deadlines. A California Licensed LA is a huge plus.
