ASHWINI RESIDENCE - Inwood Road in Dallas, Texas.   UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

The original home that was located on this lot sold for $900,000.00.  My client purchased that home (that was constructed in 1955) and demolished it....and even had a new foundation poured before building this NEW $2.3 million home.  This neighborhood is one of the Top 3 most wealthy neighborhoods in The State Of Texas.

The clients' budget for Pool Amenity Area, Landscaping, Irrigation, Wrought Iron Perimeter Fence with columns, Water Feature, Jacuzzi, new Driveway was $250,000.00.

My total Design Services for this project took me approx. 150 hours to complete.  I provided an 1/8 scale Preliminary Color Rendering and a very detailed Preliminary Cost Estimate....before proceeding with Final Contract Documents.
