BERKSHIRE ANNAPOLIS BAY - Annapolis, Maryland

Original Developer:  Fairfield Residential, LLC. - out of Dallas, Texas

I especially remember my final "inspection trip" up to Annapolis from Dallas....back in the year 2002.  Before my trip to Annapolis, I exchange letters with my last U.S. Navy Commanding Officer's wife (who was living in Annapolis...where Captain Cane had retired).  Unfortunately, Capt. Cane had passed away 2 years earlier.  But, Mrs. Cane (and her 2 sons who were in their early 40's) invited me to visit with them at their home....during my 2 day stay in Annapolis.  The last time I saw the 2 boys, they were 10 and 12 yrs. old.  We all enjoyed sharing stories about Capt. Cane....I was Capt. Cane's personal Yeoman on board the U.S. Aircraft Carrier USS Franklin D. Roosevelt - in the Mediterranean Sea.

So, an enjoyable inspection trip up to Maryland.

I have designed 4 or 5 additional upscape Multi-Family area....in Virginia, just outside of the D.C. area.  Just can't recall the names of the projects (which, most likely have changed by now).

Back during this period of my LA career......I held State LA Licenses in (14) different States.

New Jobs!
