Thank you for your comment....And you're right.Thsi rice fields is so expensive and so hard to maintenance but this is main concept from goverment for this building...
In finally when this concept will be approve I will think more about detail how to make it's easy and cheaper for build and maintenance ......And I have more 2-3 way to change this Idea to be grassy planting or use artificial rice fields to use clear acrylic line same with England pavilion in Shanghai Expo2010, I think it's look more cool,right? ( You can sear for google for England pavilion and imagine when this one on lighting shallow pond....)

Awesome done,  but doubt about growing rice in such a small area, it would cost much for maintainance.
