"The program rankings are a popularity contest, and not based on hard numbers. The bigger, well-known programs will do better even if their program is only average. The best way to determine the correct fit is to talk to recent graduates,…"

"I'm trying to get a feel for the program more than anything. The biggest difference I see is that it's a 4-year program vs. the 'typical' 5-year BLA like mine. I'm wondering what gets cut? What are the studios like? How…"

Adam Bowles replied to Brian Ray's discussion 'WVU Students / Alumni - What can you tell me about the program?'
"I graduated in 2001 and could go on and on about the positive aspects of the school, the program, the professors and the overall experience. I loved my time there, was challenged, and came out very prepared. Right out of school I started at a large…"

Hi Brian, thanks for the tips on getting new clients. You were spot on about the situation im in (i.e. working to get the word out that we do more than just large scale planning and engineering); it will take a little time to make a name for myself here, but i think the more i get a project built here and there, the more i will be able to build on it and ive already started looking into some pro-bono work i can do in the area - Thanks again!

Hi Andrew -

Thanks for the welcome - I think you've got a great thing going here. I've been wishing there was something like this for the last couple of years. The LARCH-L is a decent start, but could be so much more. I'm looking forward to helping add to it.
