I've been offered admission in Cornell university for Masters in Landscape Architecture (first professional degree), fall 2016. I needed your advice about how to arrange tuition costs at Cornell. Being an international applicant, I wasn't eligible for financial aid. However, I believe I can work hard to get assistantships during second and third years. For frst year, I believe I'll apply for loans and work part-time to cover the expenses.
I have also been offered admission from Lousiana State University, with Graduate assistantship along with in-state tuition fees. Therefore, I can easily manage my finances at LSU.
I would really appreciate it if you could advice me about which university to join. Should I go for Cornell, with university ranking far better than LSU; or join LSU, if I cannot manage tuition osts at Cornell? It would really help me if yo could suggest me by March 1st, as I need to give my admission decision by then. Thank you in advance for you time and consideration.
