We designed the mirror pool 8 months ago, and the fiber optiks were like the cherry on the cake, it cost less than 16 000 euros ex VTA for 300 points, but difficult to embed in the Sika waterproofing light grey color.

wow yeah that would really suck if those didn't count. In IL you can sit for A,B and D and then you have to register and what's called a 'Council Record' and have to be registered with the state boards and all that stuff. Once you have your council record you can sit for C and E. THat's another reason I'm not taking C until december because I guess it takes awhile to get registered with the state.
