"Daniel, you beat me to the explaination!  Ryan,  Daniel is right... if you are running SU8 it is set up a lot differently, instead of having GE open, it pulls the terrain in right from SU.  and in color!"

Jacob Lott replied to Lynn Wilhelm's discussion 'Can't see selection box in SU (and a panning question)' in the group SketchUp
"Lynn, I love just using the mouse for orbiting and panning. If you use your birdie finger to press on the roller button, then, at the same time press the left click button with your pointer.. it will turn into the pan command. I find this the best…"

"Yeah, that would be fine. Its the sort of plugin that a basic implementation is easy. But just adding a few simple features can make it rather complicated to write. So we'll start simple and see how useful it is :) But yes, email the info to me…"

I am a huge fan of Sketchup, AutoCad and Photoshop. I can't get enough of it. Anything outdoors will do, and I love to mountain bike with my buddies. I am currently in a band, which consists of me and.... well just me. I play the guitar, drums, piano and sing.. you could say I'm a one-man-band. I also love to just hang out with my lovely wife.
