I am definitely interested in what you have to say as we are making a transition from what Chis is doing (Acting as General Contracting and marking up his subs to charging the client up front for the costs and getting competitive bids on everything.....it seems to be working so much better that way....then you really become the owners representative and have their best interest at heart instead of them seeing you making money off of the subs.....) What other insight and experience can you share with me that will help us improve the percentage that our clients will want us to work for them.....What kind of a percentage do you charge to your clients and why?
