Jennifer, I wanted to follow-up. It sounded like our tech support manager may have talked to you at the same time we were trading notes...and since I was in the midst of training, I had hoped his direct answer to you may have helped. If there is anything you are still wanting to know or if you have other questions, please let me know. If you'd like to see one on one any other aspects of the program, we can schedule a webinar to do so. Look forward to talking to you soon. Best regards, Eric

Jennifer, I have to admit my IT side of the software is a bit lacking other than the main memory responses...I will make a point of having our CTO review your questions and form a very specific response. I wanted to reply to this post with such info, but have been out of the office in a trade show most of last week and then virtual training today...this is not an excuse, but a I will get this info to you as soon as I get a response...and can also post on the discussion so others who may be wondering might know as well. in the mean time, please check out this link for our posted system requirements...if this prompts any other questions, please let me know and I'll put them in to our CTO, if I cannot answer them. Thanks again Jennifer...please let me know if I can help with other questions about Vectorworks Landmark, as well. -Best wishes for you in the new year! -Eric
