I am a conceptual artist and have done a line of 'reverse decoupage' plates in the 1990s for such high-brow places as the Ritz-Carlton and various Gift and Antique shops, using old Minton 'Tea Cup' Patterns and other designs. During the 1990s and early 21st Century :-) I have done a line of decorative Service Trays and Lighting for varous specialty businesses in our area.
