My name is Joy Kuebler, and I am in private practice in Buffalo NY, and am currently secretary for the NY Upstate chapter ASLA. We are presently in the process of building the first every NYS (and maybe ever anywhere) Joint conference with the NYS AIA. The conference will be held October 14-16, 2010 here in Buffalo. Today I participated as a speaker for the Erie County Stormwater Coalition Symposium and green infrastructure is as you know a HUGE topic. As is Green and Complete Streets.

I'd like to ask if you would be interested in developing a presentation for consideration that would be beneficial for architects and landscape architects on the topic of Green and Complete Streets?? The typical AIA conference sees about 300 participants, and our typical ASLA conference in NY sees about 150. We will be promoting this heavy and are hoping for a big turn-out.

Think of this as the opportunity to have the Architect in the room when discussing WHY these methods are imperative in the built environment!
