What's it like working in your office

I'm still relatively new in the field (about 2 years experience) and I'm curious to know how other offices function. I'm sure it depends on the level of experience and the type of office but I would like to get a general feel for how other offices operate.A little about my working environment:Currently, I work at a small (5 employee) residential/hospitality design firm with each person basically being their own department in the business.  I am the one who is most consistently in the office…See More

Michael, I should have written a bit sooner. We have some things in common. I've worked in the Newtown area and I have cousins who live in thew same development that you do. I think.

Any way. Take a look at The City College of New York's web site and go to the Spitzer School of Architecture. There is a one year program, it's new, in Sustainability. If you could find some way to establish residency in New York, your tuition will be much less then most other schools.

Did you Mike Ruane at Penn State?
