Hey....I've been following your thread about CLARB here on LAND8.  If you don't mind my asking.....how many yrs. of experience do you have?  And which Sections of the L.A.R.E. have you not yet passed.

You probably answered my questions somewhere in your thread...but, I sense your extreme frustration here.

Of course, there's nothing "I" can do to change or influence the way CLARB does anything....but, if there's some way I might be able to help you....I'm willing to help you.

I'm from the era of the U.N.E. exam, never had to take the L.A.R.E. version.  We didn't have "boot camps" or study guides.  I did come across an excellent book at Amazon.com written by an LA specific to Section 4 (the LARE Grading & Drainage test) for $42.00.

I have a friend in Kentucky who only had to pass Section 4 (Grading), he bought that book...and I spent some time with him (long distance via phone and e-mails).....mentoring him on the grading PROCESS...and he went on to pass the L.A.R.E. last August...and is now Licensed in 2 different states.

I've been in the LA profession for over 36 yrs.....I definitely don't have all of the answers....I realize you haven't gotten a fair shake from CLARB, but, I think the BEST thing you can do is just PASS that thing...but, I think I might be able to help you.
