From Landscape Invocation: Tampa's High Speed Passenger Rail Program

President Obama announced a large amount of stimulus funding for high-speed rail lines all over the country. States have been competing over the funds and there are some clear winners as the funds were disbursed. A total of $8 billion in grants were given out.
