Requirements:
Proficient in Autocad (not Autocad Lt) including:
· basic commands, i.e. draw, hatch, mirror, polylines
· xrefs
· layer management
· layer states
· annotative text & dimensions
· viewports/paper space/model space/drawing scale
Basic ability to read architectural drawings, i.e doors and windows
Basic ability to read civil & survey drawings, i.e. topo lines, survey points, site utilities
Ability to manage pdfs in a pdf program, i.e. Bluebeam.
Proficiency with LandFX is desirable.
Familiarity with Dropbox
Photoshop
Attention to detail.
Self-motivated and organized in order to meet deadlines.
Work will be remote.
Subcontractor basis.
