									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Freshbooks might be one of the few systems out there. It&#8217;s a tool for project management with billing functionality. I haven&#8217;t tried it though but seems a great tool. I think freshbooks has the best invoicing feature for a project management tool.<br />
