I totally agree with everything you’re saying, I think a lot of it is your second point.  It is usually a communication problem, due to the fact that I am an entry-level.  I too know the feeling of getting frustrated when someone simply isn’t “getting it.”  I’m sure my boss feels this way towards me.  Thanks for your input and advice!
