This is a rendered image of a garden I designed for a developer of high spec. new properties. I both designed and built the finished garden which was on an awkward ‘l-shaped’ corner plot. The main feature of this design was a footpath/mowing edge which ‘zig-zagged’ from the building towards the boundary fence. The design of the garden was ‘tweaked’ during the construction phase to allow for more grass/less planting as the property was for sale and was being aimed at the ‘family market’. The garden was designed/built during the time of the summer floods 2007 and the property sold almost instantly upon completion.
