Design/Build/Maintenance company looking to find a more seamless approach to project billing…hoping to eliminate paper altogether and provide a format for foremen to enter billing information digitally (via ipad?) on-site that can be transfered to quickbooks.

Anybody out there already doing this? Any suggestions?
