Park Maintenance Costs

Does anyone have any numbers for annual maintenance costs of a small/medium (+/-4 acres) public park?

A per sf number would be great, More specifically it is an urban location in the midwest/great lakes region, and while it is public the land is privately owned and will be maintained by an outside consultant.

Failing specific relevance, any general rule of thumb numbers are helpful too.
