Do your best work at all times and you will be finally respected. Don’t ever expect anyone to give you anything, ever……Give your best effort at everything you do….regardless of the situation you find yourself in.

I have had male and female employees….The only thing that mattered to me was talent and the ability to communicate in a respectful manner.

I do not care about your political agenda, sexual orientation, race, religion or anything else that makes your brand of suffering worse than any/everyone else….Do good work and everyone else will have to recognise it!  I have worked as the senior LA for one of the largest A/E firms in the nation and I’ve worked alone. This is what I’ve observed in over 37 years in the profession….Also, the sooner you can become  self-employed, the sooner you will find your profession rewarding. You can only control your environment when it is your environment……
