Just starting in the business, what are the best magazines, newsletters, etc. to start receiving, and organizations to get involved in. would appreciate any professional input.

Topos, Landscape Architecture Magazine, Garden Design, Landscape Journal…

There are several great publications! I’m sure others will provide you with additional ideas.

thanks for the input. I am starting a company to sell TerraCast Planters. Any suggestions for advertising, trade shows, avenues to follow would also be helpful.

Add Landscape Architecture and Specifier News to the list.

Also, to help build relationships with local LAs, you can join your local ASLA chapter, become a sponsor, or just advertise with them.
