As designers and specifiers of landscape products, do you look for products or companies that have Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to increase your LEED points or does it even matter?

The LEED rating system, to my knowledge, doesn’t specifically address LCA in terms of product/material selection. However, there is a chance under the “innovation in design” credits that you could make a case to get extra point(s).
