“The Columbus Botanical Garden seeks an Executive Director to lead and direct the organization. The Executive Director reports to and is governed by the Board of Directors. The successful candidate must have a horticultural background, be able to direct fundraising, solicit funds and sponsorships for the Garden and coordinate fundraising events, as well as other special events; recruit, train and work closely with volunteers; hire and manage staff; make public appearances and generate positive PR for the Garden; coordinate and assist with grant writing, and work with other collaborative partners in the region.
