As a landscape architecture, you should think of ways in which you can make the overall structure that keeps damages to minimal. It is not possible to accurately predict natural disasters, and prevent them well in advance.  But, you can create a landscape architectural structure that can withstand natural disasters to the best, and makes rehabilitation process a lot easier.
