ADA Access on grass pavers

Does anyone know if the turfstone, grasscrete, etc. type pavers are considered ADA compliant? The use is for a public park.

Here is ADA info on surfaces:

Openings in floor or ground surfaces shall not allow passage of a sphere more than ½ inch.
