Hey Everyone.
I am incorporating the stock plan approach from blushirt into my current landscape contracting company. So far so good. That is, sending them there before we meet so they can drive the concept they are looking for within their desired budget.
Interestingly enough our customers have responded with a big thank you, as they now had a resource to at least gain an idea of what a project could look like and cost before contacting us.
One customer actually responded with ” You guys can’t stand going out to peoples homes for a wasted education session, but how the #@!* are we supposed to know what it will cost if no one will tell us!”
Not a post to self solicit- But just wanted to pass on the experience my team and our customers are having with this softer more controlled approach.
Would love to hear others thoughts.
