Anybody here have experience with CRM tailored to a project centric business like Landscape Architecture/Engineering? I am in a startup phase with my own shop and looking for something cheap/free that integrates with Google Apps for Business. So far I’ve looked at Zoho which seems quite daunting and am now beginning a trial of insightly.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
