The Annual meeting is coming up in a few short weeks in Chicago. There are a lot of exciting things happening in Chicago currently. As the Host Chapter co-chair I hope you all are planning on attending. There is still time to sign up for a very rich educational meeting and networking opportunities. If you have any questions regarding what to do at the Annual Meeting we can answer some of your questions.

There are a lot of great eats in Chicago to go after the expo, what type of food or entertainment are you looking for? i would be happy to recommend some options and if you go to the Illinois chapter web site we have posted recommendations based on the different neighborhoods in Chicago. You can also stop by the Host Chapter Booth and pick up recommendation cards. But let me know what you are looking for and we will try and get you some ideas.

Andrew, there are still some good tours and field sessions to take in on Friday and some start in the afternoon. Different this year is the fact that there are education sessions going on Friday. There are several private alumni receptions starting at 6:00 and the main Alumni reception gathering at 8:00.

if you are looking for close in stuff other than that stop by the host booth and we will have a map for a walking tour of interesting LA stops near the Hilton. Host Booth is in the same area as registration. Then there is always Millennium Park across hte street from the Hilton. Weather has been great and should be good for getting out.

trying to fit in a stop to the Lounge get together after the Sustainable Design & Development PPN meeting. Several of of from the officers group are thinking about it. Look forward to seeing you in Chicago.
