Thanks Andrew, those are the two I was able to find. Both are cool, but seem to focus on art and academia. I was hoping to find something a little more practical. My brother-in-law recently completed the CORO Fellowship for post-graduates interested in public policy:

In the case of that particular fellowship you basically shadow a different executive or public figure for a month, they give you projects to work on, and you get exposed to a large amount of decision-making. The experience lasts 9 months. I was hoping to find a similar program that instead of training leaders in public policy trained leaders in landscape architecture and planning.
