I’m a gradute student in landscape architecture. I wanna know is there any standard range for intern or you need to talk with your boss? If there is some range, what’s the pay for graduate student. I’m very good at hand drawing, AutoCAD, and also have 6 years experience in this field.
Why are you interning with 6 years experience? If youre very good, have a grad degree, and 6 years experience you should be looking at the BLS or another salary site to see what the standard is in your region.
In Colorado, $12-15/hour is standard for interns. Hourly full time entry level employees earn anywhere from $18-25/hour+.
sorry, I didn’t clarify it clear, 6 years in urban planning civil engineering…but not exactly in landscape. I’m just first year graduate student, can’t be full time employee yet. Thank you for the information.
