Strong technical understanding & design leadership is essential in all aspects of design including production, construction techniques, procedures, minimum 10 years’ experience codes & standards etc that relate to Landscape Engineering. Strong team leadership with good soft-people skills essential in communicating directly with clients, consultants, agencies, local authorities, the design review team & other KEO staff. Strong time management and organizational skill is required to effectively manage multiple projects across multiple countries and ensure each design review is carried out within the required time constraints and meets the expected quality of output. Strong technical understanding and design leadership is essential in all aspects of design including production, construction techniques, procedures, codes and standards etc that relate to Landscape Engineering Systems. Ability to coordinate with all design reviewers in other disciplines. Knowledge of local building codes in various countries, International Building Codes, LEED requirements and other similar sustainability standards amongst others.
