A couple of years ago there was an article on protecting intellectual property in LAM(2-3 years ago?). Before I go looking through all of my old magazines, does someone have this archived or flagged? I just need the month/year. I have already tried searching their website with no success.

The content of the article dealt with a developer or client rubberstamping a design and how to protect yourself. If you have any other ideas on protecting intellectual property, let them fly. I would love to hear them.

If you can help I would appreciate it.
