Does anyone know a city/town designed, built from scratch and developed in the last 10-15 years?!
There’s Masdar City, although it’s not entirely built yet. I think there’s also quite a few in China.

As a side note, I’ve yet to see a “new city” that didn’t feel “plastic” and inhumane like some kind of stepford wive’s social experiment gone wrong…
