This is a question for LA’s who do work in PA:

It was recently brought to my attention that there are some local jurisdictions requiring storm water to be collected and then used for irrigation. Anybody run into this requirement while working with any townships, boroughs, etc? If so what jurisdiction?

Thomas – Were you required by the local jurisdiction to use irrigation or was it a request from the client?
