Permeable Pavers

I am working on a project where I need a floor inside a greenhouse.  (Massive solar collector)  The floor needs to be smooth enough so that shopping carts and shipping carts can navigate through the structure and yet be able to remove any water on the floor,  Furthermore, they are using the large diameter EDPM tubing under the floor to heat the greenhouse so again the need to be able to allow the heat to rise through the paver.  In addition and most importantly I need a material that a  reflects the IR radition that is entering the building from the sun.  Concrete floors are to hot in the summer, Gravel floors are not suitable for the shipping and shopping carts.

 

Any suggestions?
