quick rendering app for 2D drawings?

Does anyone know of an app out there that I could use to render over the top of a PDF or other CAD based file. I don’t need anything fancy, I just want to add a little bit of color and some loose lines to give the plan view drawing a softer, hand drawn feel. I’ve tried a few apps for iPad but most only import JPEGs.
