Hello everyone,
I’m working on a project for a park and am looking for some input on how to size runnels. Stormwater will be collected into a bioretention garden which is located at the top of a hill. The overflow for the garden will be directed into a runnel(s) along a stairway that leads down the hill and into the park and into an additional garden. Does anyone have any advice for determining the dimensions that the runnel should be based on the amount of water?
These are images of what I have in mind:

I have read this thread but am still unsure:

I have the water quality volume, which was used to size the gardens. I’d like to size it appropriately so that in a larger storm the runnel could handle the water.
Thanks for any help!
