Does anyone have any suggestions for a good, intuitive scheduling and office management tool? We have a small studio (6-10) and are looking for a tool to help manage staff and schedules. We’ve been looking into Asana which has a lot of positives, but I wanted to see if anyone else has any other apps they’ve found to be helpful in the design studio setting. Thanks!
If you can write a scope of work for your office you can bring that into Project and develop the tools you need.
By adding each project into the you will develop a plan for your office.
Sure, It takes work.
Couple that with an Office Spreadsheet of income, expenses and you are on the Way.
