So two things: Once my husband used the word “seek” in an email the homeowner decided the check would be in the mail Monday or Tuesday. Useful lesson for any newbie…don’t capitulate. Now hopefully it will be for the agreed amount. 🙂

 

Second thing: NEVER EVER DO A PLANTING PLAN WITHOUT IRRIGATION. Even if the client says they will hand water…especially if they do. haha.
