The Rotterdam Architecture Summer School – any feedback?

I am considering applying to The Rotterdam Architecture Summer School and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this program. 

 

I am going to be completing my Certificate in Landscape Architecture from UC Berkeley Extension in May 2012, and would love to have the opportunity to work on some designs for a different environment than the Bay Area of California.  As I am 29, and already have my undergraduate degree, I was wondering if this school attracts mostly undergrads, or if it’s solid mix of grad and undergraduate level students.  I am also researching other summer opportunities in Europe, so if anyone could recommend anything else, I’d love to hear from you.
