Training for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012

I work just outside Boston and my office has just purchased Civil 3D 2012. We have purchased the Mastering Civil 3D 2012 book but was curious if there were any classes anyone has taken they may be helpful, specifically in creating and manipulating surfaces to perform cut and fill quantity takeoffs.
