What’s the state of the profession in Europe?

Hi All! I’d like to understand what the professional situation of landscape architects is like in the “Old Continent”: do you manage to get new projects? what about their the quality? Is there a country where we are struggling more? And would you suggest young professionals to move to your own country to get a better chance or, at least, a job? 

I’ll be happy to receive any information, especially from professionals coming from Southern Europe but, please, don’t be “too” pessimistic! : )
